Who We Are
Helping Hands and Healing Hearts, LLC is a homemaker and companion agency based in Stonington, CT and Aiken, SC. We are a fully accredited agency through the Connecticut Department of Social Services and approved provider for the Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders. Since 2016, we have been providing compassionate caregiving services with a commitment to helping seniors maintain their independence at home.

Our Expertise
Our management team brings proven expertise in senior care, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, agency management, and sound business practices. We coordinate with long-term care insurance companies, local senior centers, Area Agencies on Aging, rehabilitation facilities, and skilled nursing facilities to provide comprehensive care.
While we do not employ medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, or physical therapists, we collaborate closely with these healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive care experience for our clients.
Payment Options
- Private Pay and LTC Insurance: Connecticut, Rhode Island, and South Carolina
- Medicaid Coverage: Homemaker, companion, and PCA (Personal Care Attendant) services are covered under Medicaid in Connecticut
- South Carolina Clients: Savannah River Site EEOICPA (srs.gov), Medicaid In Process
Community Education
We provide free education on how to live safely and securely in your home through presentations at senior centers throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island.
